Budapest Monthly specializes in short-term and mid-term apartment rentals, offering fully equipped & well designed spaces that come with functionality and comfort, typically for 1 to 6 months, starting from 800€ monthly.

Our rentals are serviced and hassle-free: utilities and monthly cleaning included!

We take pride in great personal support for owners and tenants, with a limited and dedicated portfolio of small & mid-size apartments for 1-2 people, including our local team that is around to help and support also during the rental.

Need a shorter or longer stay? Any special needs or requests? We're here to help!

We have more than 10 years of experience in property management in Budapest, always running our properties with great dedication.

How do I book?

In person, or online. If you're in town, we can show you the apartment at no cost, and then make an agreement in person.

If you're abroad, we can figure things out with you online.
In any case, just send us a message and let us know: your budget and needs, which apartment you like, number of guests, rental period.

We’ll get back to you asap, typically within 24h.

Rental period?

Availability depends on the property and the requested period. Rough availability of properties is shown above, but we'll check for you in more detail!
The minimum stay is 1 month, but many properties have a minimum stay of 3 months due to short-term rental restrictions in some districts.

Maximum stay is typically 6 months, but we might have some long-term options in store as well.

Advance booking: The start of your stay will typically be maximum 1 month ahead, counting from the day of booking and advance payment.

Contracting?

The rental contract is signed between you and the property owner, but we are here to coordinate and make it happen.
Our help doesn't stop there, as our local crew manages the apartment, so you'll have a professional team to turn to for any help you might need.

Payment?

Payments are made directly to the property owner in a monthly pattern. Besides monthly rent, there are 2 cost elements to consider:

An advance payment equal to 30% of the total contracted period is to be paid upon booking to secure the rental period. This payment is non-refundable.
A guarantee equal to half month rent is required upon start of rental and is refunded at check-out (provided the apartment is returned in good condition).

These values may vary slightly depending on the property and rental period.

What's included?

Our rentals are hassle-free and without hidden fees! They include more than what rentals in Budapest usually do; every property rental comes including:

Utilities and high-speed Wi-Fi: no need for cumbersome monthly meter readings, it's all-in!
Cleaning: a professional crew cleans the property every month and provides fresh bedlinen & towels.

During that month, you can either clean and wash by yourself, or book additional services from us.

Local service and support: our happy office crew is available to help you with maintenance, cleaning and other tasks, daily 9am to 5.30pm.
